Achvah Street 24, Newe Zedek

The project is situated at the heart of Newe Zedek, Tel Aviv. 
It is a premium property development that has been built in coordination with Bar Orian Architects. The existing building was a diamond factory, setting it apart from its surroundings. As interior Architects of this project we were tasked with a multifaceted challenge; to engage with the existing listed building whilst creating a singular experience for this premium project.

There is a strong connection between the sun, sea and vegetation used in the spaces. The color scheme is bright and uplifting and consists of warm natural hues. The landscaping is an integral part of the project creating an inclusive space that creates privacy whilst engaging with the surroundings.
