Brightcom Offices

The brief was to convert a multi level gym into an open plan working environment.

The emphasis was to build a democratic anti hierarchical space in which heads of departments shared a space with their team leaders and management. The space was divided into 3 main open spaces, in which teams could interact. There are team spaces and multi purpose spaces which help create the partitions between corporate divisions. The higher management office spaces created become pods within the space. There is a large gallery area with communal kitchen conference rooms and a multi function space for corporate functions. This space sits above and offers viewed onto the working area below.

The piping and systems are all exposed. The material palette consists of black sheet metal, glass white painted systems and a light colored laminate floor.
